INTO THE DEEP

Leave the Shore.

Come home to who you were created to be.

I know what it feels like to live in the shore.

Hi, I’m Yeni.

For a long time, I knew how to keep going. I knew how to be strong, take care of what needed to be done, and build a life that looked good from the outside. But somewhere along the way, I realized there was a difference between living and truly feeling alive.

My own journey invited me inward — into the places I had avoided, the patterns I had carried, and the parts of myself I was finally ready to understand.

I learned to slow down. To listen to my body. To reconnect with my faith. To trust myself again. And little by little, I began coming home to who God created me to be.

That journey became Into the Deep.

Today, through Lighthouse Holistic Coaching, I share what I’ve learned about the connection between body, soul, and spirit — not because I have life perfectly figured out, but because I know what it takes to leave the safety of the shore and step into deeper waters.

And I believe there is more waiting for you there, too.

More than a book.
An invitation to go beneath the surface.

Into the Deep is a journey of becoming curious about what has been happening beneath the surface of your life—the patterns you learned, the ways you survived, the parts of yourself you may have lost along the way, and the woman you are becoming.

Through reflection, nervous system awareness, somatic practices, movement, and faith, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen to your body, and begin meeting yourself with greater compassion and trust.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

You only have to be willing to leave the shore.

INTO THE DEEP

GO DEEPER

The journey doesn’t end on the page.

Some things are meant to be understood. Others are meant to be experienced.

Through guided somatic practices, breath, movement, reflection, and stillness, you’re invited to slow down, listen to your body, and experience the practices found throughout Into the Deep.

Come back whenever you need an anchor.
