Sometimes the way inward isn’t through more thinking. It’s through the body.

Yen-Yoga is a private, slow and intentional movement practice designed to help you step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself through breath, stillness, and mindful movement.

Drawing from Yin-inspired yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system support, each session meets you where you are. There is nothing to perform and nowhere you need to get to.

Just space to breathe, notice, move, and listen.

    Your session may include:

    • Yin-inspired and restorative movement

    • Breathwork and grounding practices

    • Somatic and nervous system awareness

    • Guided meditation and stillness
